On November 5, 2011, Coach Liz will represent Team USA at the International Triathlon Union (ITU) Long Distance Triathlon World Championships in Henderson, NV.  Liz qualified for her slot at the 2010 Halfmax National Championship held in Myrtle Beach, SC this past October.   This is her first time representing team USA at the World Championships for the long course distance.   The event consists of a 2.5 mile swim, 80 mile bike, and 18 mile run.
